Program - Kaytee Isley, Cumberland County Treasurer
Closing - Four Way Test
Kaytee Isley serves as the Cumberland County Treasurer, elected to a four-year term beginning in 2024. In this role, she oversees diverse responsibilities including managing receivables for the county, handling investments, and administering the sale of Dog, Hunting, Fishing, Small Game of Chance, and Bingo Licenses. She is also responsible for collecting the county's hotel tax and holds a seat on the county's Retirement Board.
Prior to her current position, Kaytee gained valuable experience working with the Pennsylvania Senate and House, as well as the Pennsylvania Treasury, where she honed her skills in fiscal management and governmental operations. She also proudly achieved a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating her commitment to efficiency and quality improvement.
Kaytee is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and Millersville University, where she earned her degree in Government & Political Affairs. She is a resident of Silver Spring Township, where she lives with her three children.
The RCWS is actively looking for flag sponsors for this year's event - our FIFTH consecutive year. We need YOUR help to make this event a success! Remember, it's the funds raised from Flags for Heroes that allows us to give back to so many local agencies. It's also what helps us pay for RYLA students and our portion of the District 7390 Grant!

Stormwater control and management are critical to maintaining healthy streams. Learn more about the importance of stormwater at StormFest 2024, an environmental showcase.
The Rotary Club of West Shore will highlight Rotary‘s environmental initiatives and give away trees to showcase how trees help to control stormwater and maintain healthy streams.
In addition to displays by more than 50 environmental vendors, there will be hands-on activities, free raffles, a scavenger hunt, giveaways, live music, and food trucks.
This community event is open to the public. Admission and parking are free. This is a great opportunity for Rotarians to learn more about this important environmental topic.
Hope to see you at StormFest24! Wear your Rotary gear and show your support for Rotary’s environmental focus area!

National Night Out - August 6
Mark your calendars! For the third consecutive year, the RCWS will participate in the Camp Hill NNO. We've seen a preliminary map of the event, and our table is sure to get a lot of visitors; we'll be next to the firetrucks which are always a hit with kids and adults.
Join us from 5:00-8:00 pm and help us spread the Magic of Rotary!
Concert @ Negley - a hot hit!
Once again, the RCWS was able to raise funds for the Rotary Foundation water initiatives by selling water at the Concert @ Negley. Mother Nature did her part by showing up with 90+ degree weather and sun.
