Program: Pennsylvania MENTOR
Pennsylvania MENTOR, a division of Sevita Health, is a foster care agency that recruits and approves foster parents, takes in referrals from surrounding counties, and then matches kids needing placement with our open homes.
Kristin Rocourt, Program Director of Pennsylvania MENTOR in Harrisburg and Bloomsburg, and Danielle Bonham, Family Evaluation Specialist, will share about the needs, how they're being met, and suggest ways that the RCWS can be relevant to this critical work.
The Flags for Heroes Dedication and 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony was held on Monday, September 11. Pictures from the event are available on our club's Facebook page, and we event garnered some TV coverage. In case you missed it:

The Rotary clubs of Panamá Norte and Westchester (Los Angeles), put together a global grant that sought to remedy the digital divide in Panama. The project provided each school with 30 laptops for students, an interactive whiteboard, and other technology, and also provided training for local teachers.
